摘要
目的:采用GC-MS法分析3个不同产地细辛挥发油的化学成分,为其质量评价提供依据。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取细辛挥发油,经正己烷萃取后,采用GC-MS法分析鉴定细辛中主要挥发油的化学成分,并进行比较。结果:3个不同产地的细辛挥发油中,共鉴定出18种相同成分,主要包括甲基丁香酚、黄樟醚、爱草醚、3,5-二甲氧基甲苯、α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、3-蒈烯、优香芹酮、肉豆蔻醚和榄香脂素。结论:3个产地细辛挥发油主要成分为甲基丁香酚、黄樟醚、3,5-二甲氧基甲苯等,但各种成分比例存在差异。
Objective:To analyze the chemical components of the essential oil of the Asarum from various habitats and provide scientific basis for its quality control.Method: The essential oil was extracted by water-steam distillation.The relative content of chemical components was identified by GC-MS method.Result: Three batches of A.from various habitats were determined and 18 common characteristic compounds were identified,mainly including the methyl eugenol,safrole,estragole,3,5-dimethoxy-toluene,α-pinene,β-pinene,3-carene,eucarvone,myristicin,and elemicin.Conclusion: The essential oils of A.from various habitats are different in the ratio and level of main components.
