摘要
本研究系统地对7个基因型的玉米自交系进行了除草剂致死浓度的筛选,这对转基因植株后代的筛选及转抗除草剂基因玉米的回交转育工作具有重要借鉴意义。
The lethal concentration of herbicides were screened for seven genotypes of maize inbred lines in this paper.It was significant for the screening of transgenic plants and the backcrossing of transgenic maize plants resistant to herbicides.
