摘要
利用UG的建模功能和ADAMS的动力学仿真功能建立斜齿轮的动力学模型,通过ADAMS中的IMPACT函数定义齿轮间的接触,通过分析Hertz弹性碰撞理论确定IMPACT函数中的各参数。从获得的分析结果中研究斜齿轮传动的负载情况。利用虚拟样机技术将齿轮传动设计中的问题尽可能的在设计阶段解决,节省经费,缩短设计周期。
Creating virtual prototype of bevel wheel with UG and ADAMS, defining connection between gears using IMPACT function of ADAMS, confirming IMPACT function parameters by analysing Hertz elasticity impact theory. Study bevel wheel transmission dynamic loading condition by analysing result and get the method of resolving problems. Resolve various problems as more as possible at the design phase, saving outlay and reducing design period.
