摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对睾丸扭转的诊断价值及临床意义。方法对我院2007年—2009年23例经彩色多普勒超声检查并经术后病理确诊为睾丸扭转患者的超声图像表现进行回顾性分析。结果 23例患者中,彩色多普勒超声诊断为睾丸扭转22例,诊断准确率为95.7%(22/23),误诊1例,误诊率为4.3%(1/23)。结论彩色多普勒超声能较准确的诊断睾丸扭转及判断睾丸扭转的程度及病情发展,是睾丸扭转首选的检查方法。
Objective To evaluate color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of testicular torsion and clinical significance.Methods In our hospital 23 cases in 2007—2009 by color Doppler ultrasonography and confirmed by clinical ultrasound images of patients with testicular torsion were retrospectively analyzed the performance.Results 23 patients,color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of testicular torsion in 22 cases,diagnostic accuracy was 95.7%（22/23）,1 case of misdiagnosis,misdiagnosis rate was 4.3%（1/23）.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can be a more accurate diagnosis of testicular torsion and testicular torsion to determine the extent and progression of the disease,testicular torsion is the preferred screening method.
