血清TPSA、FPSA及FPS/TPSA在前列腺癌诊断中的应用价值 被引量:5

Application Value of Serum TPSA,FPSA and FPS/TPSA in Diagnosis of Prostatic Cancer

摘要 目的探讨拜耳全自动发光免疫分析仪AXSYM检测血清总前列腺抗原TPSA、游离前列腺抗原FPSA及FPSA/TPSA比值在前列腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法应用AXSYM检测正常对照组(132例)、前列腺炎组(58例)、前列腺增生组(58例)及前列腺癌组(55例)患者血清中TPSA、FPSA含量及FPS/TPSA。结果前列腺癌组TPSA、FPSA、FPSA/TPSA与其他3组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),制作受试者工作曲线ROC确定诊断前列腺癌的cut off值为TPSA=7.485μg/L,FPSA=1.7605μg/L,此时检测结果的灵敏度与特异度之和最大。结论应用AXSYM检测TPSA、FPSA含量及FPSA/TPSA是提高前列腺癌的诊断与鉴别诊断较为有效的方法。 Objective To explore the application value of serum TPSA and FPSA levels,and FPS/TPSA ratio detected by AXSYM electrochemistry immunoassay in diagnosis of prostatic cancer. Methods AXSYM immunoassay analyzer was used to detect serum levels of TPSA and FPSA,and FPS/TPSA ratio in 132 normal individuals,58 patients with prostatitis,58 patients with prostatic hyperplasia,and 55 patients with prostate cancer. Results There were statistically significant differences in serum levels of TPSA and FPSA and TPS/FPSA ratio between prostate cancer group and the other 3 groups(P〈0.05).The characteristic curve was used to define the diagnostic cut off threshold of TPSA and FPSA usefulness validity in diagnosis of prostate cancer.They were TPSA=7.485 μg/L,FPSA=1.7605 μg/L,where the sum of sensitivity and specificity was maximal. Conclusions AXSYM immunoassay analyzer is an effective method in improving the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of prostatic cancer.
