摘要
考察了温度(360-440℃)、压力(12-16MPa)和尾气空速(4000-8000h^(-1))等工艺条件及合成气组成(H_2/CO=2~7,CO_21-6%)对合成醇反应的影响。在基本消除内外扩散影响的条件下,对宏观动力学进行研究,采用简化动力学方程,求得各主要反应的速度方程式。本工作为模试提供了合适的工艺参数,并为工业放大提供了设计依据。
The effects of technical parameters such as temperature, pressure, space velocity and feed composition of syngas on synthesis of fuel a cohols have been studied. The kinetics of synthesis of methanol and higher alcohols under conditions exc uded the effect of diffusion has been investigated. On the basis of a simplified reaction pattern the kinetics rate equations of main reactions arc obtained. These results provide suitable synthesis operation for PUD and the basis for the scale-up of industrial design reactor.
