摘要
结合工作实践,从组织机构、文件编制、人才培养、献血者队伍、集中化血液管理模式及跨区域血液调剂等方面,总结了青岛市血液应急保障的经验。并就信息网络的统一化管理及血液检测"备用"实验室的建设等提出了建议。
