摘要
目的探讨子宫肌瘤患者的心理状况对生活质量的影响。方法随机抽取120例子宫肌瘤患者为子宫肌瘤组,同时随机抽取健康人60例设为正常组。对所有研究对象进行问卷调查:子宫肌瘤组进行一般情况调查表、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、生活质量综合评定问卷;正常组进行生活质量综合评定问卷及一般情况调查。结果子宫肌瘤组与正常组SCL-90评分结果比较,其中躯体化、抑郁、焦虑评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而强迫症状、人际关系、敌对、恐惧、偏执、精神病性与正常组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组生活质量比较,子宫肌瘤组患者的躯体功能维度、心理功能维度、社会功能维度及生活质量总分均低于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组之间物质生活维度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤患者的心理健康状况及生活质量均低于正常人群,医护人员应针对该群体的心理问题加以指导,恢复健康心理状态,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the impacts of psychological state on life quality in the patients with uterine fibroids.Methods Randomly,120 cases of uterine fibroids were selected in a uterine fibroid group and 60 cases of healthy people were in a normal group.The questionnaire was conducted in all study subjects：investigation of general situation,SCL-90 and life quality evaluation in uterine fibroid group;life quality evaluation and investigation of general situation in normal group.Results In comparison of SCL-90 scores between uterine fibroid group and normal group,the differences in somatization,depression and anxiety scores were significant statistically（P0.05）.The scores of compulsion,interpersonal relationships,hostility,fear,paranoid and psychosis were not different significantly as compared with normal group in statistics（P0.05）.In terms of the comparison of life quality between two group,in uterine fibroid group,the dimensions of physical function,psychological function and social function,as well as the total score of life quality were lower than those in normal group,indicating significant statistical difference（P0.05）.The comparison of substantial life dimension between two groups was not significant in statistics（P0.05）.Conclusion The psychological healthy state and life quality of the patients with uterine fibroids are inferior to normal group.The medical staff should instruct the people to face positively to these psychological problems and help them recover healthy mental state and improve life quality.
