摘要
目的:观察喜炎平注射液辅助治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法:选取毛细支气管炎患儿100例,随机分为治疗组50例和对照组50例,两组均给予常规治疗,治疗组加用喜炎平注射液治疗,然后比较两组临床症状和体征变化情况。结果:治疗组喘憋缓解时间、肺部啰音消失时间和临床痊愈时间较对照组明显缩短,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:喜炎平注射液可以明显缩短喘憋时间,促进肺部啰音消失,加快临床痊愈。
Observe：To observe the curative effect Xiyanping injection adjuvant therapy infant capillary bronchitis.Methods：Capillary bronchitis patients 100 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,both groups to conventional treatment,the treatment group add Xiyanping injection treatment,compare two sets of clinical symptoms and signs changes.Results：The treatment group pant suppress alleviate time,lung detect rales disappear time and clinical cure time gnificantly shortened,comparative differences between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Xiyanping injection can significantly reduce pant flat time,promote the lungs to suppress detect rales disappear,accelerate clinical cure.
