摘要
针对煤层巷道开挖和维护过程中,泥岩顶板遇水导致围岩承载性能恶化,易于引起顶板冒顶的特点,以梅花井煤矿112201工作面机巷为例,采用现场实测、实验室试验、理论分析和数值模拟相结合的方法分析了该类顶板易于发生冒顶的机理,研究发现该类顶板发生冒顶前已发生明显离层,顶板锚固体呈现整体垮冒的特点;泥岩组分中富含黏土矿物是产生崩解和膨胀的根本原因;巷道围岩受水影响后顶板及两帮变形量分别增加了13.5%和32.9%.依据冒顶产生的机理,提出了采用有控疏水、合理保水及高预紧力锚杆(索)网带支护相结合的围岩控制技术,并在现场成功地进行了工业性试验.
With the failure of mudstone roof in coal seam roadway when encountering water,the surrounding rocks lose its bearing capacity and are easy to fall in the process of roadway excavation and maintenance.This kind of roof falling mechanism is analyzed through the combination of field measurement with laboratory tests,the conveyor roadway in No.112201 working face of Meihuajing coal for case study.Based on the further research,this paper points out that the phenomenon of significant roof separation appears before roof falling and roof anchorage body has the characteristic of holistic collapse.In addition,the research shows that clay mineral of mudstone components is the basic factor of swelling and failure with water,the deformation between roof and floor increases by 13.5% and the deformation between the ribs increases by 32.9%.According to the mechanism of roof falling,surrounding rock control technology of effectively controlled hydrophobic,reasonable water conservation,and high pretension bolt and cable support is put forward.
