摘要
提出了一种评价土石坝综合安全度的初步方法，包括土石坝工程安全性及大坝社会经济影响两个方面的研究。在工程安全性方面应用了可靠度分析的方法计算土石坝挡水各项功能的失效概率，在社会经济影响方面引入了社会经济影响因子。这种综合评价方法将进一步促进我国水库大坝安全管理水平的提高。
This paper presents a primary research on the comprehensive evaluation method of earth rockfill dam safety, including the research of dam structure safety and the research of social and economic influence of dams. The reliability analysis method is applied to calculate the failure propability of water retaining functions of dams. This comprehensive evaluation method will further promote the development of dam safety management of our reservoirs.
