摘要
本文介绍了六柱支撑式固体充填采煤液压支架的基本结构及特点,支架高支护阻力,有利于控制顶板的初始下沉,保证充填空间;增设的压实机构对充填物料施加的压实力,提高了其密实度和接顶率,增强了充填体抗压力学性能。提出充填支架与围岩相互作用体系是由“顶板-支架-底板,煤壁-支架-充填”共同组成,并以此建立支架与围岩的作用力学模型,分析了到达理想充填效果时,支架最大集度载荷和各立柱受力情况。论述了六柱式充填支架基本移架方式及移架过程中其结构受力特征,建议对于不同条件,应选择合理的移架方式。
Structure of a new type of chock support used in backfill mining face, is introduced in this paper. In order to ensure the backfill space , this support has a high resistance to decrease roof convergence. And a special tamping part is fixed to raise the compactness of backfill materials. Based on observa- tion of mutual action between support and surrounding rock, a mechanical model is created to calculate the prop and support resistance. In the last, the process of moving supports is depicted, and some advice is given for methods of moving supports in different conditions.
