Myf5基因多态性与山羊生长性状相关分析 被引量:14

摘要 本实验选取145只天府肉羊、62只成都麻羊为实验动物,对山羊Myf5基因进行PCR扩增,采用PCR-SSCP技术检测该基因在山羊中的多态性。结果表明:实验羊Myf5基因第1外显子第328位发生A→C突变,检测到A、B2个等位基因和AA、AB、BB3种基因型。天府肉羊和成都麻羊的A等位基因频率分别为0.690、0.742;B等位基因频率分别为0.310、0.258。在天府肉羊中,Myf5基因AA型和AB型个体的体重极显著大于BB型(P<0.01),AA型个体的管围显著大于BB型(P<0.05);成都麻羊AA型和AB型个体的体重、管围均显著大于BB型(P<0.05);而群体内不同基因型在体长、体高和胸围上无显著差异(P>0.05)。
