摘要
知识管理理念是一种全新的理论方法和管理模式,知识管理环境下图书馆为适应时代发展在知识管理理念下进行了多项变革和创新。文章剖析了知识管理环境下图书馆的服务模式并在人力资源与知识资源、管理模式、信息技术应用和知识创新服务等方面对图书馆发展战略研究提出了建议。参考文献12。
Knowledge management is a brand - new theory and management model. To adapt the development of the epoch, library has made some reform and innovation with the guidance of knowledge management theory. This paper analyzes the library service model under the knowledge management environment and gives some advices on the development of the library service from the aspects of human resources, management model, knowledge service innovation and the application of information technology. 12 refs.
