摘要
基于PMU的支路量测,利用支路参数、功率及两端电压向量间的电气关系,构建了一种新的电压稳定评估指标(LPQI)。LPQI变化范围为0~1,计算每条传输线路的LPQI,将LPQI值最大的支路定义为系统电压稳定性最弱支路,其值的大小用以评估当前运行状态下系统的电压稳定程度。经过IEEE9、IEEE30节点系统进行实例验证,计算结果表明LPQI指标能够有效确定当前运行状况下最为薄弱支路,进而可以衡量当前状态距离临界状态的远近程度,LPQI指标的获取计及了支路对地电容对评估静态电压稳定性的影响而且只需进行简单计算。
On the basis of PMU branch measurement,the electrical relationship among branch parameters,branch power and the voltage on two nodes of the branch is used to establish a new voltage stability index of LPQI by rational deduction.The LPQI ranges from 0 to 1,after calculation,the transmission line with maximum LPQI is considered as the weakest line and used to assess the voltage stability of the present system.The simulation values of IEEE 9-bus system and IEEE 30-bus system show the validity and accuracy on assessment of weakest line and determination of the distance between the current state and critical state,and the obtaining of the index of LPQI considers the influence of branch earth capacitance on the assessment of static voltage stability,and it needs only a simple calculation.
