摘要
为了使媒体网关的配置更加灵活,增强其组网能力与可靠性,提出了一种机架式媒体网关的设计与实现方法。综合考虑了如何灵活配置该网关中的各种业务卡,方便核心卡对各种业务卡的管理,同时能够完成系统内部协议/信令的交换。硬件方面提出了机架式结构,并采用背板总线完成各板卡间的通信;软件方面提出了软交换构架思想以及抽象信令设计思想,实现了呼叫与承载分离、业务与控制分离。该系统可做中继媒体网关、接入媒体网关,能满足大容量、高可靠性等要求。
To make the configuration of media gateway more flexible,enhance its network capacity and reliability,a design and im-plementation method about the media gateway is proposed.Considering how to configure and manage all kinds of business cards flexibly,and how to complete the internal signaling/protocol switching.A rack structure is proposed in hardware.While the backboard bus is used for communicating between all business cards and key card.The softswitch architecture is adopted in software.In order to realize the separation between call and bearer,business and control,the abstract signalling design idea is proposed.The system can be used as relay media gateway,media gateway access,to meet the high capacity and high reliability requirements.
