摘要
学术不端受人关注的一个重要原因,在于学术不端者大多是受过高等教育的知识分子。人们一直以来对于科学研究求真务实行为寄予期待,因此对于频发的、超越道德底线的学术不端难以接受。学术社团是学者的自发组织,在保护组织成员利益的同时,更应本着对科学负责的态度,肩负起发展学术、保持科学纯洁性的历史使命。在预防学术不端、倡导学术道德的过程中,学术社团应该在明确规范、认定成果、保障法律赋予权益等方面发挥更加积极的作用。
There are more and more scientific misconduct behaviors in the field of social sciences in resent years,and scientific misconduct is one of the highly concerned greatly realistic problems in today's academia.Therefore,to study on this problem has both theoretic and practical significance.This article studies on the prevention and management of academic associations.After reviewing the past research on the academic dish,the history and the present situation of academic associations the author analyzes the rea-sons of academic misconduct.Finally,it thinks that academic associations should give more influence in the prevention of academic misconduct,such as making definite rules,establishing achievements and ensuring law rights.
