摘要
目的：探讨和评价影像检查对上尿路梗阻的诊断价值。方法：对经临床治疗和手术病理证实的１３５例上尿路梗阻进行了回顾性分析，重点分析了Ｂ超、Ｘ线和ＣＴ对上尿路梗阻的检出，定位和病因的诊断。结果：Ｂ超，Ｘ线和ＣＴ对上尿路梗阻检出率分别为９２．３％、６０．９％、６２％。定位正确率分别为６４．６％、８９％，８９．７％，三者联合检查定位正确率高达１００％。病因确诊率分别为７６．９％、７９．７％和９１．３％。
Objective:To research and evaluate the value of imaging examination for diagnosing the urethremphraxis on upper urinary tract.Methods:135 cases who were diagnosed as urethremphraxis on upper uninary tract were reported in this paper.Finding out,location and the diagnosis of the cause of urethremphraxis on upper tract with B-US(B-ultrosound),X-ray and CT(computerized tomography)were analysed emphatically.Results:The accurate diagnostic rates of B-US,X-ray and CT were 92.3%,60.9% and 62% respectively.The accurate location rates of them were 64.6%,89% and 89.7% respectively,and it was up to 100% using them together.The accurate cause diagnosis rates were 76.9% ,79.7% and 91.3% respectively,and it was up to 97.8% using them together.Conclusion:Imaging examination play decisive role in the diagnosis of urethremphraxis on upper urinary tract.It is the best that we examine with the three methods together.\;
