摘要
慢性肾衰的发病率在我国逐年增长,中药灌肠仿腹透原理,通过弥散作用和超滤作用,使血中分子物质清除掉,从而改善肾功能,并能体现中医辨证论治原则,有效提高机体免疫力,使残存肾单位的功能得到保护,是公认的治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的有效方法。灌肠方法及灌肠药物选择的不同能较大的影响灌肠的疗效。
The incidence of chronic renal failure in China is increasing year by year.Enteroclysis of Chinese crude drug imitates the principles of peritoneal dialysis,through the effect of diffuse and ultrafiltration,and clears the medium molecule substance in the blood,which improves the renal function finally.At the same time,enteroclysis of Chinese crude drug reflects the principle of＂determination of treatment obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs＂about TCM,improves the immunologic function,and also protects the residual renal function,which make Enteroclysis be recognized as a effective method in treatment of chronic renal failure.The effects mainly depend on the methods of Enteroclysis and the herb used in Enteroclysis.
