摘要
根据特殊试验过程自主研制了部分试验仪器,针对不同添加方式对有害气体的催化效果进行了相关试验研究,比较了相同添加剂量下级配类型对分解效果的影响。另外还考虑在防撞墙表面涂刷纳米二氧化钛以增强道路系统对尾气的分解能力。结果表明,直接拌和方法适用于大规模的道路施工,且对尾气分解效果明显;OGFC级配因其较大的空隙而更有利于纳米二氧化钛催化作用的发挥;将纳米二氧化钛分散在溶剂中后涂刷于防撞墙表面,同样能够催化分解有害气体。
According to special test procedure,some experimental instruments were developed independently,a series of experiments were designed to research on the catalysis efficiency of noxious gas by different kinds of adding mode,and comparison of the decomposition effect exerted by different kinds of gradation in same amount of additive was made.Painting titanium dioxide on the collision wall,which is another way to enhance the ability of the road system on the exhaust gas decomposition,was also considered.The results show that(1)direct mix adapts to large scale of road building,and it does not cut down the efficiency of exhaust gas decomposition;(2) because of its larger gap,OGFC gradation is more conducive for titanium dioxide to play a catalytic role;(3) nanometer titanium dioxide painted on collision wall can also decompose exhaust gas effectively.
