摘要
为了提高滚动轴承故障诊断的准确性,介绍了一种基于DSP和组态软件的滚动轴承在线故障诊断系统。该系统以DSP作为信号处理部分,以组态软件作为人机交互界面,通过采用轴承振动信号的时域特征参数法对滚动轴承故障进行判断。实践检验证明,该系统能准确地判断出滚动轴承故障,具有较好的应用前景。
In order to improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis of rolling bearings,an on-line fault diagnosis system was provided based on digital signal process and configuration software.DSP was used as the signal processing portion and configuration software was used as the human-machine interaction interface.The system takes advantage of the bearing vibration signals in time domain method to determine the fault characteristic.The tests show that the system can accurately identify the rolling bearing failure,which means its prospective application.
