振荡型冲击电压下GIS绝缘气隙模型的局部放电研究 被引量:9

摘要 为更加全面地对GIS设备进行现场试验检测,根据相关规程规定,GIS设备现场交接试验中应增加冲击电压试验。设计了符合IEC 60060—3规定的振荡型冲击电压发生器,制作了不同尺寸的绝缘气隙缺陷模型,并搭建了冲击电压下局部放电脉冲测量系统,研究了冲击电压下尤其是振荡型冲击电压下GIS绝缘气隙缺陷的局部放电特性,比较了不同电压类型下缺陷的局部放电所表现出的不同特征,分析了冲击电压下气隙缺陷局部放电机理与过程。对振荡型冲击电压在较高等级的GIS现场耐压试验中的运用有一定的指导意义。 For more comprehensive detection of GIS equipment on-site test,the impulse voltage test should be increased in the onsite acceptance test of GIS equipment based on the relevant rules.Oscillating impulse voltage waveform generator is designed complying with the provisions of IEC 60060-3,and the insulation defect models of different void dimension are made,and a partial discharge pulse measurement system under impulse voltage is set up.The paper studies the partial discharge properties of GIS insulation void defect under the impulse voltage,especially under the oscillating impulse voltage,compares the different characteristics of the partial discharge under different voltages,and analyzes the PD mechanism and process of the insulation void model under impulse voltage.It can be used as guidance for the high voltage GIS on-site testing under the oscillating impulse.
