摘要
目的:探讨氟西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效及不良反应。方法:本研究按照双盲法原则分组。对抑郁症患者60例实行氟西汀治疗(观察组),剂量20～60 mg/d,平均34 mg/d,疗程6周,同期收治的抑郁病患者60例采用淀粉安慰剂治疗作为对照组,分别采用HAMD减分率和不良反应量表(TESS)评定药物的疗效和安全性。结果:以HAMD减分率评定疗效,治疗1周即见效。6周后观察组,痊愈38例(63.33%),显著进步15例(25.00%),进步5例(8.33%),无效2例(3.33%),总有效率为96.67%,明显优于对照组35.00%(χ2=15.296,P<0.01)。HAMD总分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01)。观察组服药过程中表现出恶心8例,呕吐6例,食欲减退5例,乏力7例,失眠8例,头昏4例,出汗5例,口干7例,焦虑5例等,多为轻度或中度,多能耐受、部分症状可自行缓解。结论:氟西汀治疗抑郁症效果明显,不良反应轻微,并随用药时间而缓解。
Objective： To investigate the efficacy and adverse reactions of Fluoxetine in treatment of depression.Methods： 60 cases with depression were treated with Fluoxetine（observation group）,with dose of 20-60 mg/d,and average dose of 34 mg/d for six weeks,60 cases with depression at the same term treated by starch placebo as control group.The efficacy and safety of the drug were evaluated by HAMD and TESS.Results： Evaluated by HAMD,the drug took effect after a week′s time.Six weeks later,38 cases were cured（63.33%）,15 cases（25.00%） showed remarkable effectiveness,5 cases（8.33%） showed effectiveness,and 2 cases（3.33%） invalid,the total effective rate of observation group with 96.67% was obviously superior to 35.00% of control group（χ2=15.296,P〈0.01）.Compared with the level before the treatment,the total marks of HAMD of the cases were all down markedly（P〈0.01）.During the treatment,there were 8 cases of nausea,6 of vomiting,5 of appetite loss,7 of fatigue,8 of insomnia,4 of dizziness,5 of sweating,7 of dry mouth,5 of anxiety,and etc.These adverse reactions were all mild or moderate,and were bearable,parts of which could be eased by the patients themselves.Conclusion： The effect of Fluoxetine in treatment of depression is remarkable,and the adverse reactions are mild,which can be eased as the time of taking the medicine goes.
