摘要
台湾与闽南在血统、语言、宗教信仰与建筑文化上关系密切,因此庙宇屋顶装饰也大体相似。然而台湾在多元的移民文化与统治政体的影响下,发展出了特殊的风貌,因此在庙宇装饰上也显现出不同于闽南地区的特殊性。虽然这些差异不至于影响整体建筑的结构,却实际左右建筑风格的形成,本文藉由实际的调查研究,探讨台闽两地庙宇屋顶装饰的差异,通过比较研究,解读其审美文化内涵及其呈现的审美文化意义。
Due to the fact that Taiwan and the southern Fujian share the common ethnic, linguistic and religious inheritance, the characteristics of the temple-roof decoration in these two areas are generally similar. However, constantly under the influence of multiple immigrant cultures and variant political regimes, Taiwan has developed its own style in many ways. Therefore, its style of temple decoration presents its own individuality which is different from the Fujian’s. Although this difference did not make a real impact in the general temple architectural structure in these two areas, it has its significance in the formation of the different architectural style. Taking the approach of field investigation, this study explores the differences of the temple-roof decoration between Taiwan and the Fujian in order to reveal their respective aesthetics in terms of the temple architecture.
