摘要
目的持续提高临床护理质量。方法以对护理质量和护理安全影响的大小依次选取护理质量标准、检查结果、好人好事、典型案例分析4个方面为公示内容;采用会议、短信、文书等载体以立即、延后及反复方式进行公示。实施2年后评价效果。结果公示制实施后基础护理、危重症护理、护理文件书写及病区管理合格率显著高于实施前(均P<0.01)。结论公示制的实施有利于提高护理质量。
Objective To continuously improve the quality of clinical nursing service.Methods The content of publicity included quality of nursing standards,inspection results,good deeds,analysis of typical cases based on the impact of the above mentioned factors on quality of nursing care and nursing safety.The methods of publicity involved meetings,text messages,documentation and other carriers.Immediate,delayed and repeated publicity was adopted.Two years later,the effect was evaluated.Results After implementation of the quality publicity system,the pass rates of basic nursing,critical care,nursing documentation and ward management were significantly higher than before implementation（P0.01 for all）.Conclusion The implementation of quality publicity system helps to improve quality of nursing care.
