摘要
采用文献资料法、实地观察法、访问调查法、录像分析法,以2010年全国啦啦操联赛西南赛区高校舞蹈啦啦操比赛视频为研究对象,对舞蹈啦啦队套路编排进行深入探讨,提出如下建议:(1)高校舞蹈啦啦操套路编排需以安全性为前提,不求难度系数高、难度动作多,但求高质量完成。(2)动作设计应遵循生理解剖规律,沉肩、挺胸、立腰,尽量远端发力,大小肌群协调用力。(3)充分挖掘校园素材,多编排队员间交流、互助、鼓励的组合动作。(4)鼓励男生的参与,将男生的阳刚之美与女生柔美相结合。
By means of documentation,live observation,interview and video analysis,the author based the research on the competitive choreography in the 2010 National Cheerleading Championship and probed into the problems of choreography.Then,the author gave suggestions as follows：First,with safe as the priority in choreography,coaches should prefer high-quality accomplishment to choreography with difficulty and quantity.Second,action designing should follow the physiological law,such as lowering shoulders,throwing out chests,keeping waists upright,trying to force from the distance,exerting with harmonious cooperation of different muscle groups.Third,coaches should discover campus characteristics,putting on cooperative actions among team members.Fourth,coaches should encourage male students to participate in cheerleading,taking advantage of males＇ physical conditions and combining masculine beauty to girls＇ tenderness.
