摘要
目的:探讨实行全程健康教育改善头颈部放疗反应,尤其是口腔黏膜反应的效果,以降低放射治疗的不良反应,提高患者的生活质量。方法:对60例头颈部放射治疗的患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在采用常规护理的基础上运用护理程序进行全程健康教育。结果:观察组放疗后口腔黏膜反应显著低于对照组。结论:运用按计划实施形式对患者进行全程健康教育,能有效地减轻患者放疗后口腔黏膜反应,减轻患者痛苦,以顺利完成放疗。
Objective：To observe the effect of the planned health education on oral mucositis induced by radiotherapy for head and neck area,in order to reduce the side effects and improve the patients quality of life.Methods：The study included 60 cancer patients treated by radiotherapy for head and neck area,randomly dividing into control group and test group.The control group received ordinary nursing,while the test group received additional health education during the whole treatment period.Results：The oral mucositis in test group was much slighter than the control group.Conclusion：The planned health education during radiotherapy could significantly decrease the oral mucositis,and reduce the patients＇ suffering,helping complete the treatment on schedule.
