摘要
目的探讨负压VSD封闭引流术在四肢创伤应用中的作用。方法回顾分析湖南省人民医院创伤科2010年3月至2010年9月因四肢创伤应用负压封闭引流术的63例病人的临床特点和治疗方法。结果急性创伤致皮肤及软组织缺损患者行VSD后一次性植皮全部成活。感染创面并肌腱、骨外露患者经VSD覆盖负压吸引1~3次后感染全部得到控制。一次性植皮后12例全部成活,5例部分存活且无肌腱、骨外露,少部分未成活的小创面经再次植皮后完全消灭创面。结论对于四肢性创伤所致皮肤软组织缺损以及创面感染患者,及时处理后行VSD覆盖负压吸引,一次性游离植皮大部分成活,是临床上治疗四肢创伤有效的修复方法。
Objective To explore the effect of application of Vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） in limbs trauma.Methods To analyze retrospectively the clinical features and treatment of 63 cases with limbs trauma who were treated by VSD in Hunan People＇s Hospital from March 2010 to September 2010.Results The first skin graft for sufferers of skin and soft tissue defect in limbs acute trauma was successful after application of VSD closed drainage.Patients suffered from wound infection with tendon and bone exposed used VSD for 1 to 3 times,whose infection were under control.12 cases were survived completely after the first skin graft,and 5 cases were partially survived without tendon and bone exposed.A fraction of small wound which unsuccessfully grafted at first time was recovery after skin graft again.Conclusion For sufferers of skin and soft tissue defect in limbs trauma and wound infection treated by VSD,the skin graft can survive mostly at the first time.It is an effective clinical treatment of limb injury.
