摘要
山西曙光煤矿新准备工作面由于生产需要采用单轨吊机车进行辅助运输,要扩大回采巷道断面并对断面进行重新设计,因为汾西集团尚没有大断面回采巷道支护的经验,亟需理论指导。根据新掘大断面回采巷道的地质条件,采用理论计算进行了回采巷道的锚杆索及托盘联合支护的设计,并通过FLAC3D数值模拟和现场观测相结合的方法,对设计的合理性进行分析,对支护的效果进行验证。
Due to the production requirement,the new prepare working face of Shu-guang mine in Shanxi province needs to adopt single track hanging locomotive to carry out auxiliary haulage,so mining roadway's section needs to be enlarged and designed afresh.Fen-xi mining group hasn't have support experience in large section mining roadway,so it necessitates theoretical guidance.Based on the geological condition of new prepare large section mining roadway and theory calculation,the article carries out combined support design that is consisted of anchor bolt,cable and pallet.By using the FLAC3D numerical simulation and on-site observation,the article still analyzes the rationality of the design and verifies the result of the support.
