摘要
中国民间慈善机构的发展由来已久,凭借其自身的独特优势所在,目前已经发展成为慈善事业的一种不可忽视的重要组成部分。但是在其发展过程中,也存在诸如法律地位不明确、政府过多行政干预及慈善立法缺位等因素制约其进一步发展。通过对民间慈善机构发展状况和现存问题的分析,提出几点参考性建议,以求能够促进我国民间慈善事业的健康发展。
The nongovernmental charity organization in China has a long history.Depending on its own superiority,it has developed into a component part of charity not to be neglected.But in the process of its development,there exist such factors as the indetermination of its legal status,too much administrative intervention from the government and the lack of charity legislation,restricting its further development.An analysis is made on the present development of and existing problems in charity organizations and a few suggestions are presented for reference,hoping to push forward a healthy development of nongovernmental charity in our country.
