依达拉奉联合红花黄色素治疗急性脑梗死60例临床观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察依达拉奉联合红花黄色素治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将60例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组单用红花黄色素治疗;治疗组予依达拉奉联合红花黄色素治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,显效率为70.0%;对照组总有效率为66.7%,显效率为36.7%。两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后14 d神经功能缺损评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),但治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合红花黄色素治疗急性脑梗死安全有效,能改善患者的预后。
