摘要
目的探讨应用自我管理教育模式对维持性血透患者进行健康教育后的效果。方法对58例维持性血透(CHD)患者进行为期6个月的自我管理教育,比较教育前后患者的自我管理能力及血压、血红蛋白、血清白蛋白的变化。结果患者的自我管理能力总分由(4.88±1.32)分提高到(7.30±1.82)分,血压控制良好,营养状况良好,未发生急性心衰,高血钾等紧急血透指征,生活质量提高。教育前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自我管理教育可提高CHD患者的自我管理能力和自我效能,预防透析急症的发生,提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of self-management education model on the health education in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods58 hemodialysis(CHD) patients were given a 6-month self-management education,and blood pressure,hemoglobin,serum albumin changes were compared before and after education.ResultsThe self-management ability score points of patients increased from 4.88±1.32 to 7.30±1.82;with good blood pressure control,good nutrition condition,and without acute heart failure,hyperkalemia and other emergency dialysis indications,and the quality of life improved(P〈0.05).ConclusionCHD self-management education can improve the ability of self-management in hemodialysis patients and self-efficacy,prevent the occurrence of acute dialysis and improve the quality of life.
