摘要
介绍了重金属在中药中的残留情况、危害以及去除方法,并对当前重金属去除方法如微生物法、大孔树脂吸附法、絮凝法、超临界CO2萃取法等进行比较,分析各方法的优缺点。目的是从操作简便、准确度高、重复性好等方面找出合理的方法用于中药中重金属的去除。
The residue of heavy metals in Chinese medicines,hazards,and removal methods were introduced,and the current heavy metal removal methods,such as microbiology,macroporous resin adsorption,flocculation,supercritical CO2 extraction were compared,the advantages and disadvantages of each method were analyzed.The aim was to find a reasonable method for the removal of heavy metals in Chinese herbal medicines.
