摘要
应用现代岗位价值评价方法对研究医院人力资源基础管理问题进行分析,形成系统、科学的医院岗位价值评价指标体系,为优化医院人力资源配置、薪酬和绩效管理提供科学依据。通过能力素质模型,结合研究医院实际编制《二十八要素岗位评价手册》。岗位价值评价体系构建完成,将其运用于模拟标杆岗位,评价结果具有很好的合理性。
Through using modern post evaluation method,a systematic and scientific evaluation index system is formed to analyze human resource management in hospitals.It also provides a scientific basis to distribute human resource,salary and evaluate progress.In addition,under the ability and auality model,"28 elements post evaluation manual" is combined after practical situation of hopitals being analyzed.The modern post evaluation method is also applied to imitate benchmark post with reasonable evaluation.
