摘要
分析了PEEK复合材料的摩擦磨损机理,并作为自润滑材料运用于无油十字滑块压缩机的滑块-滑道摩擦副中.对影响滑块-滑道摩擦副寿命的诸多因素如滑动速度、工作载荷,、表面工作温度等进行了分析,从而在设计中对这些参数进行合理而正确的选取.实验研究表明,PEEK复合材料作为自润滑材料用于滑块-滑道摩擦副是可行的.
This paper examines the friction and wear mechanism of PEEK composites.As a self-lubricating material,PEEK composites are applied to scotch yoke friction pair of oilless quadro-flex compressor.Factors responsible for the life-span of friction pairs such as sliding speed,work load and surface temperature are studied,some of which are thus well selected.The experiments indicate that PEEK composites can be effectively used as self-lubricating materials in slide and block friction pairs.
