摘要
考察沙棘黄酮的微波光波组合无溶剂提取方法,发现微波光波提取干法不用溶剂,仅用微量的N,N-二甲基酰胺(DMF)作为能量传递介质,提取速度较传统回流提取法明显加快,成本明显降低。利用IR对微波提取机理进行初步研究,从微波对植物组织结构的影响上阐明次生代谢产物的微波提取机理。
Flavones of Hippophae rhamnoides L extraction methods of microwave radiation without solvent and tradition circumfluence were studied.There was no solvent in microwave radiation but a little DMF as medium of energy transfer.The rate of microwave radiation was more than that of tradition method.Extraction mechanism was investigated with IR.
