摘要
目前国际造船市场竞争日趋激烈,船舶市场价格持续低迷,我国船厂的船价已失去了昔日的优势。船价没有很强的竞争力,也就基本上失去了在市场中争夺新船订单的能力。因此,必须在争取国家对船舶工业扶植政策的前提下,通过船厂转换机制、缩短造船周期、降低造船成本,以降低船舶价格,提高船厂的船价竞争力,这样才能承接到更多的新船订单。

China shipbuilding has lostits price advantage, itis dif ficult to getnew ship order ifthe ship price has no com petition ability. In order to enlarge the position of Chinese shipbuilding in w orld ship m arket, w e should transferthe m echanism ofshipyard, shorten the pe riod ofbuilding, reduce the cost of building and raise the price com petition ability ofshipyard.
