摘要
[目的]观察中西医治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。[方法]采用随机对照的临床研究方法,观察40例早期DN患者(观察组)应用中医疗法的临床疗效和24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐和尿素氮等的变化,并与40例单纯西医治疗的对照组作对比。[结果]将观察组与对照组总有效率做比较,观察组高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。[结论]中医治疗早期DN的临床疗效较单纯西医治疗效果好。
[Objective] To observe the clinical effects of diabetic nephropathy in the integrative meclicine.[Methods]Eighty patients with early diabetic nephropathy were divided equally into observation group with chinese traditional treatment and control group with only treatment with western medicine.The patients underwent examinations for changes in 24h urine protein excretion,the serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen.[Results]The total effectiveness of the observation group and the control group was compared,and there were significant diffience between the two groups（P0.05）.[Conclusion]The clinical effect of chinese traditional treatment on early diabetic nephropathy is better than western medicine treatment.
