摘要
从基层情报机构的情报工作实际出发,介绍传染病突发公共卫生事件预防和控制情报研究背景、内容、意义、基本方法、存在的问题以及应对措施。指出加强传染病突发公共卫生事件预防和控制情报研究,有利于提升我国传染病的防控能力和防治水平。
Starting from intelligence working practices in basic level intelligence agencies,the paper introduces the backgrounds, contents,significance,basic methods,existing problems,and corresponding countermeasures of intelligence researches on prevention and control of infectious disease emergency public health events.It points out that strengthening intelligence researches on prevention and control of infectious disease emergency public health events is beneficial for improving the capability of prevention and the level of treatment for infectious diseases.
