摘要
农药百菌清及其中间体生产废水含有大量有机物和无机盐,特别是氰基苯类化合物,对细菌有强抑制和毒害作用,且生物处理中有机氮转化产生大量氨氮,易造成污泥膨胀,废水采用传统生化处理工艺无法运行。而采用微电解、A/O和膜生物反应器组合工艺建设的废水处理工程,运行良好,出水各项指标达到接管排放标准。
The chlorothalonil bactericide and intermediate production wastewater contain many inorganic salts and organic compounds,especially the cyanic phenyl compounds,which have strong inhibiting and toxic effects on bacteria.Moreover,organic nitrogen transforms to ammonia nitrogen in the biological treatment,which can cause sludge bulking.Therefore,it is very difficult for the treatment of bactericide wastewater by conventional biological technologies.This combined system of micro-electrolysis,anaerobic / aerobic process and membrane bioreactor has been applied to the wastewater treatment project and runs well.The indexes of the effluent are up to the national discharge standard.
