摘要
目前的建筑废弃物减量化管理模式还没有形成多方参与、协调运行的良性机制。在对建筑废弃物减量化相关利益主体进行全面分析的基础上,建立政府主导的废弃物减量化管理运行新模式,探讨该模式下废弃物减量化管理的运行机制,并提出相关政策建议。
Currently,the positive mechanism of coordinated operation and multi-side participation for the management of Construction and Demolition（CD） waste reduction has not been established.Full analysis is conducted on the relevant bodies of CD waste reduction.Based on this,the paper sets up a new pattern on the management and operation of CD waste reduction,discusses the operational mechanism under this pattern,and puts forward some policy suggestions.
