摘要
目的:乡镇卫生院长期处于人才缺乏、管理力度不够、对口帮扶工作流于形式;方法:通过引进人才、规范管理、重视帮扶工作,从根本上提高广大医务人员的医疗技术水平;结论:对于乡镇卫生院现状进行分析,并提出改革方法,杜绝非法行医,减少医疗缺陷的发生,确保医疗安全。
