摘要
目的:寻找HIV-1M组基因最佳构建进化树的分型方法。方法:从Genbank中筛选出对各成熟肽区域有注释来源,来自于不同国家地区的104条HIV-1M组全基因组序列。对序列的结构区域ENV区分别建ML、MP、NJ系统进化树。结果:ML、MP、NJ能对HIV-1M组正确分型。结论:ML、MP、NJ能对HIV-1M组正确分型,但因NJ操作简便快捷,推荐为HIV-1M组分型最佳方法。
Objective:To find a best bioinformatics tool for typing HIV-1M subtype.Methods:104 complete genome sequences of HIV-1 M group which had been given the annotation about every region and derived from different countries were downloaded from Genebank.Phylogenetic trees on ENV region were established by ML、MP、NJ method.Results:The typing result of the HIV-1M group is right by the three methods.Conclusion:No major differences were found among the variables studied.Because NJ method is more simple and quick than MP and ML method,NJ is the best bioinformatics tool for typing HIV-1M subtype.
