摘要
介绍了我国宽带钢热连轧工艺的发展历程,详细介绍了传统常规现代半连续热连轧工艺和薄板坯连铸连轧工艺的特点,指出连铸连轧是热连轧发展的方向,并在传统常规优化的现代半连续热连轧工艺的基础上,应用了连铸连轧的工艺思想和理念,提出了实现厚板坯连铸连轧技术的工艺思路;指出在当今绿色生产、低碳经济的时代条件下,厚板坯连铸连轧工艺是热连轧的发展方向。
The development process of wide strip hot rolling process in China is introduced.The techniques characteristic of conventional modern semi-continuous hot rolling process and thin slab continuous casting-rolling process are mainly described.The author believes continuous casting-rolling is development direction in the future.Based on the techniques of improved conventional hot rolling and casting-rolling processes,the technology of thick slab continuous casting-rolling is put forward.
