肝炎病毒感染相关microRNA调控作用的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)和丙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis C virus,HCV)是导致肝硬化和肝细胞癌的高危险因素.microRNA(miRNA)在转录后水平调控基因表达,参与多种生物学进程的调控.近期研究表明,miRNA在肝炎病毒的复制、基因表达和致病性等方面都起到了重要的作用,基于miRNA的药物研发为抗肝炎病毒的治疗带来新的曙光.本文对肝炎病毒相关miRNA的最新研究进展进行了综述. Hepatitis B virus (HBV) and hepatitis C virus (HCV) can cause viral hepatitis. HBV or HCV infection is the major risk factor for cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). MicroRNAs (miRNAs) can regulate post-transcriptional gene expression and participate in the control of diverse biological processes. Recent studies have identified the important roles of miRNAs in multiple aspects of hepatitis viruses,including replication,gene expression and pathogensis. MiRNA-based drugs may shed light on the treatment of hepatitis virus infection. In this review,we discuss the latest advances in the research of miRNAs involved in hepatitis virus infection.
