摘要
热连轧的板带材是冷轧的主要原料,来料板形波动太大不利于对冷轧进行板形控制。针对这一问题,结合国内某热连轧厂的实际情况,建立了板形调控模型。该模型以解析刚度理论为理论基础,通过调整机械板凸度来控制板形。现场试验数据表明,该模型达到了板形的调控目标,可以使产品的出口板形稳定在一个较小的范围内。
The hot-rolled plate and strip are the main raw materials of cold strip. The large-scale fluctuation of the shape of raw material is unfavorable to control shape during the process of cold rolling. To solve this problem, a shape control model has been built with combination of the actual conditions of a domestic hot rolling plant. This model controls shape through adjusting mechanical plate crown, which is based on the analytic shape stiffness theory. The test data shows that this model has realized the shape control target,and made the product export shape to be stabilized on a small scale.
