摘要
采用有限元分析软件AUTODYN,对油田使用的Y1201射孔弹的爆轰压垮药型罩过程和射流侵彻套管过程进行了模拟计算。爆轰材料采用JWL模型;侵彻过程材料破坏采用Von Mises屈服应力准则。计算给出了射流形成过程、射流的速度分布曲线、药型罩动能随时间变化曲线。射流的最大速度为7 962 m/s;药型罩动能随时间变化,在6μs时,药型罩动能达到最大值,为1.8×107 J,之后动能降低到一个稳定值,为1.5×107 J。
The whole processes of SDP45 peroration bullet explode and collapse shaped charge liner,jet flow formation was simulated in finite element software AUTODYN.The JWL model was used for explosive detonation material.The simulation gave the detail process of jet flow formation,velocity distribution of jet flow,the energy variation of shaped charge liner with time.The calculation show: before 6 μs,the system energy is increased;the maximum speed is 7 662 m/s,the kinetic energy of shaped charge liner varied with time,and reached the maximum 1.8×107 J at t=6 μs,then decreases to a stable value 1.5×107 J.
