摘要
学报编辑的加工功能主要是对已经通过审阅决定正式发表的稿件进行仔细认真的审视,并依据一定的要求对稿件进行一些必要的修改和润色,以使稿件的整体质量得以提高。学报编辑的加工功能其作用主要有两方面:一是修改稿件中存在的思想性、技术性问题,提高稿件本身的质量;二是修改稿件中不符合编辑规范的错误,提高稿件的编排质量。在编辑的加工过程中要遵循尊重作者劳动、认真核对引文的原则。学报编辑要通过提高政治素养、培养强烈的责任心、增强不断学习的意识等方面培养其较强的加工功能。
The processing function of academic journal editors is mainly to improve the overall quality of the manuscripts to be published by going over them seriously and to modify and better them according to certain requirements.The processing function lies in two main aspects： the first is to modify the ideological and technical problems in the manuscripts so as to improve their quality;the second is to correct the errors in the manuscripts which don＇t meet the editing standard and improve the editing quality of papers.In the editing process,editors should stick to the principles of respecting the authors＇ work and carefully checking the quotations.Editors should cultivate the processing functions by improving the political awareness,developing a strong sense of responsibility and never-ending learning.
