摘要
针对设计与研制的一台活体小动物X射线显微CT成像系统(Micro-CT),利用标准的细丝模具成像实验,测量该系统的调制传递函数(MTF)曲线,衡量整个系统的空间分辨率。该系统在其常规的成像条件下(X射线管电压为40kVp,曝光时间1s,几何放大倍数约2倍,探测器设置在2×2工作模式),测得系统的成像分辨率约11lp/mm(MTF为0.1)。测量结果表明,该系统的成像分辨率完全达到了100μm的设计要求,能提供高质量的小动物成像。
The aim of the study was to determine the spatial resolution of the small animal micro-CT system.A standard wire phantom was used to measure the modular transfer function(MTF)of the micro-CT system.On the imaging conditions with X-ray tube voltage of 40 kVp,exposure time of 1 second,detector mode of 2×2, and system magnification factor of 2,the measured system spatial resolution is ~11lp/mm at 10%MTF,which is about 91 microns.The results showed that the small animal micro-CT that we developed has met our design goal to achieve the spatial resolution under 100 microns.
