摘要
本文介绍了以邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为内标物,用DB-1石英毛细管色谱柱,FID检测器对二甲四氯异辛酯.氯氟吡氧乙酸甲基庚酯65%乳油的气相色谱分析方法。采用该方法分析二甲四氯异辛酯和氯氟吡氧乙酸甲基庚酯的标准偏差分别为0.125 9、0.093 9;变异系数分别为0.24%、0.77%;二甲四氯异辛酯回收率为98.96~100.69%,平均值为99.82%;氯氟吡氧乙酸甲基庚酯回收率为99.21~100.53%,平均值为99.86%。该方法操作简便,适用于产品的常规分析和质量控制。
An analytical method for the determination of MCPA-isooctyl.Fluroxypyr-meptyl 65% EC by GC was described. Dioetyl phthalate was used as internal standard, DB-1 capillary column was used for separation of samples, and flame ionization detector was used for detection. The results showed that the standard deviations were 0.126 and 0.094, the coefficients of variation were 0.24% and 0.77%, the average recoveries were 99.0-100.7% and 99.2-100.5% for MCPA-isooctyl and fluroxypyr-meptyl respectively. The method is convenient, rapid and accuracy.
